The Koongo app is billed through Shopify’s billing system. After the installation, you are automatically assigned to the Free plan, which includes limited resources (1 store, 100 items, and 10 orders) with no time restriction. This plan is intended to help you explore the platform and begin setting up your first channels or marketplaces.
Once you switch from the Free plan to a paid plan, a 7-day trial period is automatically activated. You can upgrade or modify your subscription at any time by choosing the plan, modules, and add-ons that best suit your needs.
If you need more time, you can also extend the trial for an additional 7 days using the option available in the pricing section. At the end of the trial, your subscription will be automatically billed and activated through Shopify’s billing system.
Set Up Your Koongo Plan
Navigate to My Koongo, log in & select My Plan & Pricing from your Left Menu
Choose Plan
Select the subscription plan that best matches your business needs and expected update frequency, support level, and advanced features.
Modules & Add-ons
Choose the modules, marketplaces, feeds, advertising channels, and optional add-ons you want to activate within your Koongo subscription.
Billing & Contact
Enter your billing details, company information, and contact details required for subscription management and invoicing.
Summary
Review your selected plan, modules, add-ons, and pricing overview before confirming and activating your subscription.
* Shopify users will be redirected to the Shopify admin to confirm the recurring subscription charge. Once approved, they will be automatically redirected back to Koongo.
