You can modify the Koongo app subscription on a monthly basis. You can always increase or decrease the resources included in your plan to fit your current needs.
Resources & Definitions
Store - A store is defined as an entity consisting of products and categories in one language store or store view.
Products - The total number of unique SKUs, each product variant is counted as a single item.
Modules - Modules/managers you want to use within Koongo; each module provides a different set of features and integrations depending on your business needs. At least one module must be selected in order to activate and use the platform.
Marketplaces – Wizard based full product and order integration with the selected marketplaces, including access to all country markets in which the marketplace operates. Manage product listings, inventory, pricing, and order sync. directly through Koongo from a single connection.
Feeds – Feed based product only integration for non-marketplace selling channels, allowing you to export and sync. your product data with comparison websites, affiliate networks, social commerce platforms, and other external channels. Feed connections do not include order management service.
Ads – Wizard based integrations with marketing and advertising channels designed to generate traffic, leads, and sales opportunities for your store. Easily distribute optimised product data to advertising platforms and promotional networks where campaigns are typically performance or click-based. Depending on the channel capabilities, integrations can also support order connections and sales tracking directly through Koongo from a single connection.
Channels (Legacy) - The total number of selling channels connected and used within your Koongo account.
Order Connections (Legacy) - Connections used to enable order sync between Koongo and the connected marketplaces. Each connection includes a limit of 100 orders per month. The Unlimited Connections option includes 7 or more connections with a combined limit of 700 orders per month. If the monthly order limit is exceeded, an additional 100-order package is automatically activated and charged separately.
Modify your Koongo plan
With the new pricing model, Koongo automatically detects the resources your business requires — including stores, items, marketplaces, feeds, and order transfer limits — and automatically adjusts your subscription configuration & billing accordingly.
You still remain fully flexible and can upgrade or modify your plan at any time to benefit from additional features, higher update frequencies, enhanced support levels, or different add-on configurations.
Legacy - Modify your Koongo plan
Navigate to My Koongo, log in & select My Plan & Pricing from your Left Menu
You can select a Service Level and modify the resources needed. By default, Koongo selects the number of stores, items and order connections automatically.
Click on the button I agree with this plan
You will then be redirected to your Shopify store where you need to confirm the Koongo subscription and approve the new recurring charge.
Legacy - Modify your Koongo plan (order sync)
In case you'd like to use the order sync for selected channels, please activate the "connection" option. For more information about the order sync functionality, please check the Order synchronization manuals.
