You can deactivate or pause the Koongo app subscription anytime

If you cancel the Koongo trial within the 7-day trial period, no subscription charges will apply, and your account will automatically revert to the Free plan. Please note that once the trial has ended, it cannot be restarted again, and it can only be restarted and reverted to the Free plan a maximum of two times.

You can stop your Koongo app subscription at any time by clicking the Stop Subscription button available on the My Plan & Pricing page.

The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which all services will be stopped automatically. If needed, users can contact support to have the subscription reactivated or unlocked again.

If you want to completely remove or uninstall Koongo, simply uninstall the Koongo app from your Shopify admin. Once the app is removed, your store will be automatically disconnected from Koongo, and any active subscription will be cancelled automatically.

You can reinstall the Koongo app anytime. Your Koongo settings (profiles) are stored by Koongo for 6 months from the date of the Koongo app uninstallation.
