You can modify your personal and payment details within your Koongo Billing profile. If you change your payment method, the new payment method will be used in the next billing period.

You can review and update your billing and payment details within My Plan & Pricing and Billing Overview sections. Simply click the button Edit Billing Details to be redirected to Frisbii, where you can fully manage your billing information and payment methods.

For security purposes, a one-time access code will be sent to your registered email address.

Once validated, you'll have access to your account to review or update your Billing details, Subscriptions or Payment methods.

To change the payment method, simply click Select payment method and choose your preferred option from the available methods.

If you are still using the legacy plans, navigate to My Koongo, log in, and select Billing Overview from the left menu & click then the Billing Profile button​

You will then access the Customer Portal where you can review or change your invoice and payment details. To change the payment method, simply select a new one from the dropdown menu and fill in the required information.
