The order can not be updated in your store because the DELETE action is not allowed for the order_payments method.
How can you fix the issue?
Check your Prestashop backend and allow the DELETE action for the order_payments method in the Permissions section of the Advanced Parameters -> Webservice.
Then, please contact Koongo support and ask them to reinsert the order.
How to avoid the issue next time?
Once you allow the DELETE action for the order_payments method in your Prestashop backend, the new update order actions will be processed correctly.
