Koongo offers order management (order syncing & tracking updates) for a wide range of online marketplaces. This means that orders placed through those marketplaces can be automatically imported into your store backend (e.g., PrestaShop, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Shopify) and processed just like your regular ecommerce orders. Tracking numbers and stock updates can also be synced back to the original marketplace channels.
