Koongo now provides an intuitive wizard to accelerate the creation of new products or the enrichment of existing product data for the Allegro marketplace.
Similar to other Koongo marketplace wizards, the process is simplified into a few guided steps with preconfigured settings and automated validations.

1 - Connection
Connect your store to Allegro and authorize your seller account through the Koongo Wizard.
Do you still need an Allegro seller account? You can create one directly on Allegro Seller Portal.
2 - Identifiers
Select what identifier you'd like to use as a main identifier for Allegro. It can be either GTIN or MPN.
3 - Categories
Easily assign your products to the right Allegro category using your store categories or product attributes. This ensures your products are correctly categorized on Allegro and helps determine the required category attributes. For more information on completing the mapping, please refer to the Category mapping guide.
4 - Products
Choose products you want to add to the Allegro catalog. Only new products that Allegro doesn't recognize by their main identifier will be added. If the wizard detects a product already existing on Allegro, the product will be Locked and Koongo won’t modify it unless you Unlock it manually within the same wizard.

5 - Attributes
Enrich and optimize your Allegro product data by mapping marketplace attributes to your store attributes.
You can:
Set Attributes → Link marketplace attributes to store values
Set Value → Define default static values
Customize → Apply advanced text, math, and rule operations
Koongo allows unlimited attribute rewrites and transformations to help you comply with Allegro requirements and improve listing quality.
Category-specific attributes will be dynamically added based on the selected Allegro category.
6 - Preview
Review all products prepared for Allegro before submission.
The Preview section helps you:
Detect missing required attributes
Validate product structure
Review category assignments
Verify images, descriptions, and identifiers
Koongo pre-validation helps identify possible issues before the data is submitted to Allegro, improving approval rates and reducing listing errors.
7 - Activation
Once everything looks correct, you can:
Submit products manually
Enable Auto Pilot mode and let Koongo automate the synchronization
After the products are approved in Allegro, you can start listing offers, synchronizing inventory, updating prices, and automatically receiving marketplace orders.
