Want to start selling on Allegro? It’s easy!
Just use our List Offers wizard to publish your store products on Allegro in a few simple steps. The wizard helps you set up the connection, adjusts your product data as needed, and automatically syncs your products to Allegro as offers. Auto Sync mode will automatically keep your Allegro offers up to date — including price and quantity.
1 - Connection
Let’s get started! Connect your Allegro wizard to your Allegro seller account.
Simply authorize Koongo access through Allegro and select the marketplace region you want to use. Once connected, Koongo will automatically synchronize your offers and orders.
Need an Allegro seller account? You can create one directly on Allegro Seller Registration.
2 - Identifiers
This is one of the most important steps. Here you define the main identifiers used to match your products with Allegro offers.
Please double-check the selected attributes if you want to update already existing listings.
Product id
Product id - please use GTIN or EAN code valuesProduct id type
Type of id - GTIN or EAN valuesExternal product id.
Used when matching products already existing in the Allegro catalog.
3 - Categories
Assign your products to the correct Allegro categories.
You can map categories using your store categories or custom product attributes. Correct category mapping is essential because Allegro category requirements and mandatory attributes depend on the selected category.
For easier setup, Koongo can automatically suggest category matches based on your product data.
4 - Products
Choose which products you want to export to Allegro.
You can easily filter products by:
Categories
Brands
Stock status
Attributes
Custom conditions
Don’t worry — products removed from the export or going out of stock can automatically be ended or updated on Allegro.
5 - Attributes
Customize your Allegro offer attributes.
In this step, you can:
Rewrite attributes
Add missing values
Use static values
Apply advanced rules and macros
Combine multiple store attributes
You’ll also see Allegro-specific category attributes required for publishing offers successfully.
If your store already contains all necessary data, you can simply continue with the default settings.
7 - Orders
Optionally activate Allegro order synchronization.
Koongo can automatically:
Import Allegro orders into your store
Synchronize shipment status
Transfer tracking numbers
Update order statuses
Synchronize stock after sales
This allows you to manage Allegro orders directly from your e-commerce platform.
8 - Preview
Review all products ready for export to Allegro.
Here you can verify:
Product titles
Prices
Categories
Attributes
Images
Shipping settings
Once everything looks correct, simply activate Auto Sync or manually submit your offers from the Wizard Control Panel.
