Create new products on Bol

Koongo now provides an intuitive connection wizard designed to accelerate the creation of new products or enrich their data in Bol marketplace.

Let's get started! Connect your store to Bol.com to begin creating new products using the Wizard. Do you need a seller account? No worries! Create one here.

Easily assign your products to the right Bol category using your store categories or product attributes, a smooth and seamless sorting experience! This ensures your products are correctly categorized on Bol and helps determine the required category attributes. For more information on how to complete the mapping, please refer to the Category mapping guide.

Choose products you want to add to the Bol catalog. Only new products that Bol doesn't recognize by their barcode (EAN) will be added. If the wizard detects an EAN already existing on Bol, the product will be Locked and Koongo won’t modify it unless you Unlock it manually within the same wizard. By the way, if you need to filter items, you can do so at this step, please check the Attribute and Category Filter guide.

Optimize your new Bol products by clicking the + Rewrite Attribute button. Choose the attribute you want to adjust and link it to your store’s attribute. You can set a default value for all products or use advanced text/math operations with multiple macro rules.

Please, make sure to check which Bol-specific category attributes are required for your products on Bol. To fully enrich your items using the wizard, add these Bol-specific attributes as Custom attributes in your store.

Here, you can check all the products ready for Bol integration. Once you're satisfied with the integration settings and listing preview, you can access the Sync Manager to either Manually submit the wizard content or activate Auto Sync mode and let Koongo run the process automatically. Once your products are sent to Bol and approved, they can be activated through the List Offers wizard type.
