You can deactivate the Koongo app subscription on a monthly basis.

If you cancel the Koongo trial within the 30-day period, there are no Koongo subscription charges applied. You can cancel the Koongo app trial by uninstalling the Koongo app or by canceling the recurrence charges in your Shopify store.

You can cancel the Koongo app subscription anytime by uninstalling the Koongo app or by canceling the Koongo recurrence charges in your Shopify store. The app uninstallation will cancel the Koongo charges. Your Koongo account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

You can reinstall the Koongo app anytime. Your Koongo settings (profiles) are stored by Koongo for 6 months from the date of the Koongo app uninstallation.
