Tracking number is missing

Shipment can not be added to the marketplace, because the tracking number is missing. Some marketplaces (e.g. Miinto) and channels require to include a tracking number (Track & Trace number) during insertion of the shipment into the order at the marketplace via API. Thus, shipment can't be inserted into marketplace orders without the tracking number.

How can you fix the issue?

Please add the tracking number directly into the order at your marketplace account administration. Then, you are sure that the order is marked as fulfilled at the marketplace and the customer is informed about the new order status.

How to avoid the issue next time?

Please, ensure the tracking number is inserted together with shipments at your store. If you are not sure why tracking numbers are not transferred with shipments to Koongo, then feel free to contact us and we will help you to fix the issue.

Tracking number is invalid

Shipment can not be added to the marketplace, because the tracking number is invalid. Some marketplaces (e.g. Miinto) and channels require a valid tracking number (Track & Trace number) during the insertion of the shipment into the order at the marketplace via API. Thus, shipment can't be inserted into a marketplace order without a valid tracking number.

How can you fix the issue?

Please add the tracking number directly into the order at your marketplace account administration. Then, you are sure that the order is marked as fulfilled at the marketplace and the customer is informed about the new order status.

Carrier code error. API request failure

Shipment can not be added to the marketplace due to the wrongly selected default carrier.

How can you fix the issue?

Please check the order in your Miinto account and select an appropriate carrier there.

How to avoid the issue next time?

Please check your Miinto order settings and select the appropriate carrier.

Check your Miinto order settings and select the Default Shipping Service - Store Shipment carrier value that is approved for your market location.

E.g. select 'Bring (Norway)' instead of 'Bring' for the Miinto Norway marketplace.

Once the correct Default Shipping Service - Store Shipment carrier value is selected, the orders will be processed correctly.

Carrier code empty

Shipment can not be added to the marketplace, because the carrier is not defined. Most of the marketplaces require an accepted carrier code for the shipments to be accepted and taken into account.

How can you fix the issue?

Please check the order in your Miinto account and select an appropriate carrier there.

How to avoid the issue next time?

Please check your Miinto order settings and select the appropriate carrier default value for Default Shipping Service - Store Shipment setting.

Once the correct Default Shipping Service - Store Shipment carrier value is selected, the orders will be processed correctly.

error in _processChannelCommand

Shipment or add refund can not be added to the marketplace because the marketplace API connection is not working. Please reconnect your Koongo to the specific marketplace.

How can you fix the issue?

The marketplace API connection probably expired. Please check your marketplace connection and reconnect the specific marketplace profile to the related marketplace. For more information please check:

After you reconnect the marketplace, please ask the Koongo support team to reinsert the order.

How to avoid the issue next time?

Once the marketplace connection is re-established, you should not experience such issues again.

Magento2 API Error: 400 - Bad Request: You can't create a shipment without products.

It seems the shipment is created with no items associated.

How can you fix the issue?

Try to check the shipment is having some items linked to it. Please note, that you can not confirm any shipment that does not include, at least, one (1) of the items purchased.

You just need to be sure the shipment is including the items purchased by the customer.
