Update your Koongo plan
You might need to update your Koongo plan to be able to activate the Zalando Partner Program order connection. For more information please check: Update your plan to activate an order connection
Order sync setup
To activate the Zalando Partner Program order synchronization, please follow the steps below.
Add connection
Click Add Connection button.
Select the Zalando Partner Program connection
Select the Zalando Partner Program connection from the list
Fill user details
Fill in your Zalando Partner Program account Sales Channel, zDirect Client Id, zDirect Client Secret and Mode. Click the Get Available Merchants button. Select Merchant Id. Then, set Activate Order Synchronization to ACTIVE and save the settings.
Sync your orders
Click Synchronize Orders button
Orders configuration
You can modify various parameters in the Orders Configuration section
Activate Order Synchronization
You can set the connection to Active or Disabled.
Order Synchronization Level
The Order Synchronization Level option can be set to Orders&Stock or Stock only.
Order Type
You can select to sync FBR or FBZ orders, or both.
Zalando Shipping Solutions (ZSS)
If you have ZSS enabled and set to 'Yes' then with orders you will receive the shipping documents.
Update stock for FBZ orders
If set to 'No', then store inventory stock will be not affected by FBZ order insertion.
Order Return Reason
Default reason for order return at Zalando.

Order shipment management
In order to meet the Zalando Partner Program requirements about shipping, both shipping and return tracking codes must be inserted for all shipments. Please, find below the methods to manage them:
Common usage:
Once an order is set as Shipped at your store, if any of the mandatory codes, shipping or return tracking codes are not inserted, Koongo will generate an email notification to let you know some tracking codes are missing.
Within the same email notification, you will find a link to the Order Shipments tab at Koongo where the missing codes need be inserted:
Shopify users:
When an order is set as Shipped at your store:
a) If both, the shipping and return tracking codes are inserted, Koongo will transfer and insert both codes to Zalando and the order will be marked as Shipped there.

For Shopify users, Koongo will consider the second tracking number added per shipment, as the Zalando Return tracking code.

b) If any of the mandatory codes, shipping or return tracking codes are not available, Koongo will generate an email notification to let you know a shipping or return tracking code is missing.
Within the same email notification, you will find a link to the Order Shipments tab at Koongo where the missing codes need to be inserted:
