Koongo offers order management functionality for selected online marketplaces. Koongo transfers marketplace orders back to your Shopware 6 store. Marketplace orders can be fulfilled directly in Shopware 6 just like ordinary orders.

There might be order synchronization errors if you use the Koongo specific sales channel with rules, please, do not use any rules. Koongo can create orders only with default Shopware settings. Please see a Koongo sales channel settings sample in the images below. In case an individual shipping method has price rules and the order does not fit these rules, Koongo will not be able to insert the order into Shopware, rejected due to unsatisfied rules.

Please install the Koongo app in the Shopware apps store

Please Sign up for Koongo or log into your Koongo account

Please create a new store by clicking the Add New button and selecting Shopware 6 platform

Select the Shopware 6 platform, and fill in all the required information below.
