Want to start selling on Amazon? It’s easy!
Just use our List Offers wizard to publish your store products on Amazon in a few simple steps. The wizard helps you set up the connection, adjusts your product data as needed, and automatically syncs your products to Amazon as offers. Auto Sync mode will automatically keep your Amazon offers up to date, including price and quantity.
1 - Connection
Let's get started! Connect your List Offer wizard type to your Amazon account.
2 - Identifiers
This is an important step where you define the attributes used as the main identifiers for Amazon. Please double-check the attributes already in use if you want to update existing Amazon listings.
External Product ID Type -
Choose the type of barcode you use to identify this product: EAN, UPC, or GTIN.External Product ID -
Select the attribute that contains the product's barcode number, based on the type you chose (EAN, UPC, or GTIN).SKU -
A selling partner provided indentifier for an Amazon listing.Currency -
Select the right currency used in your prices.
3 - Products
Pick the products to be offered on Amazon! Please select the products you want to send to Amazon. Don’t worry, items that are removed or go out of stock will be automatically deactivated by Koongo. For more information on how to filter items in or out, please check the Attribute and Category Filter guide.
4 - Attributes
Customise your list offer attributes. In this step, you can easily hit the + Rewrite Attribute button to adjust any attribute. You'll see the attributes divided into two groups: common and additional. By the way, you can skip this step, as your previous settings should have already covered the basic attribute requirements.
An additional Orders step may appear if you choose to manage your marketplace orders through Koongo
5 - Preview
Here, you can review all the products that will be exported to Amazon after the settings defined in the previous steps are applied. Once you're satisfied with the integration settings and listing preview, you can access the Sync Manager to either Manually submit the current listings or activate Auto Sync mode and let Koongo keep everything running smoothly.
