Keep your listings up to date, your way.
With our Update Price & Inventory wizard, you can choose to sync just the price, just the stock, or both, whatever suits your workflow. Any field you don’t include (price or stock) will remain unchanged on Amazon, so you can continue updating it manually if needed.
1 - Connection
Let's get started! Connect your Update Price & Inventory wizard type to your Amazon account.
2 - Identifiers
This is an important step where you define the attributes used as the main identifiers for Amazon. Please double-check the attributes already in use to update existing Amazon listings.
External Product ID Type -
Choose the type of barcode you use to identify this product: EAN, UPC, or GTIN.External Product ID -
Select the attribute that contains the product's barcode number, based on the type you chose (EAN, UPC, or GTIN).SKU -
A selling partner provided identifier for an Amazon listing.Currency -
Select the right currency used in your prices.
3 - Listings
Select now the type of update you wish to apply.
Update Options
Price and StockStock Only: Just update stockPrice Only: Just update price
4 - Products
Pick the products to be updated on Amazon! Don’t worry, items that are removed or go out of stock will be automatically deactivated by Koongo. For more information on how to filter items in or out, please check the Attribute and Category Filter guide.
5 - Attributes
Customize your attributes. In this step, you can easily change the value exported in every filed by hitting the button + Rewrite Attribute. By the way, you'll probably see different groups of attributes: common and even category-specific ones. If you prefer, you can skip this step, as your previous settings should have already covered the basic attribute requirements.
An additional Orders step may appear if you choose to manage your marketplace orders through Koongo
6 - Preview
Here, you can review all the products that will be updated at Amazon after the settings defined in the previous steps are applied. Once you're satisfied with the integration settings and listings preview, you can access the Sync Manager to either manually submit the current listings or activate automatic sync and let Koongo keep everything running smoothly.
The wizard walks you through connecting your store, mapping your data, and syncing the selected values in just a few steps.
