Store Overview

  • Products imported - the number of unique SKUs imported from your store

Import Products

  • Import Products - Product data is automatically synchronized with your store in 30-minute intervals. You can manually import your product data into the Koongo database by using the Import Products button.

Once a day, the full product data import is done automatically.

Channel List

Here you can find the list of all the Channel Profiles you set up.

  • Title - the official name and logo of the given selling channel

  • ID - a unique profile ID.

  • Name - the name of the specific selling channel. You can modify the name of the channel profile

  • Status - information about the last Run action. It includes the date and time information on the last profile Run action

  • Products - the number of unique SKUs exported for the given channel profile

  • Actions

  • Feed Submission

    • FTP/API submission - available only if FTP/API settings are allowed for the specific channel

    • How to set up? - it opens the exported feed file submission guide

  • X - you can use it to remove the channel profile from the grid

You can use the filter tabs to filter the list of channels by marketplace:

Channel Feed Automatic Update

Koongo keeps your product data in the Koongo database always up-to-date. That means if you change product description or product price in your store backend, Koongo downloads all product changes on regular basis and updates automatically all profiles in your Koongo service interface.

Add Channel

Click on the Add Channel button to set up a new selling channel profile.

  1. Choose required Channel - note that you can choose only from channels associated with chosen Country Collections

  2. Choose Type - select the required feed type

  3. Choose Format - select the required feed file type

  4. Finish the process by clicking on Add Channel button

  5. The channel is saved and the product data file is automatically created for the first time
