Submission of product feed
Updated over 10 months ago

For a product feed submission, you need to create a merchant account on a specific online marketplace - e.g. Amazon or Google Shopping.

Please check a specific channel submission manual for more details.

The Feed Preview is automatically opened after the profile is saved. You can also open it by the button Feed Preview at Channel list.

Koongo provides you with a specific product feed URL link for each supported selling channel. The product feed URL links are in XML, CSV, or TXT format and contain your product data in the data format required by the selling channel.

There are 3 possible ways how to upload your product data feed:

  • URL link submission - you provide the selling channel the URL link of the product data feed (i.e. http://feeds.koongo.com/xxx). Please check the Product feed URL submission for more details

  • FTP submission - you can upload your product data feed by using the FTP. Please check the FTP Submission manual for more details

  • API submission - you can upload your product data feed by using API integration. The API integration has to be implemented by Koongo. Please check the API Submission manual for more details
