Bringing the offer online

Select the product you'd like to add product information for
Check the products in your Bol account. Use the filter and display the product for those you'd like to add product information - e.g. "Onvoldoende" products. You can select up to 2500 products to update in one bulk.

Add product category
You can add the product category directly on Bol.com
All products listed as Onbekend are not listed in any category and need to be adjusted.
To add the category select those items from the articles list and click Bewerk productgroep
Be careful when selecting a category for a product. Once the category is used for a specific product, you are not able to change it and you'll need to reach Bol support to modify the category of products already uploaded. You can also check the up-to-date Bol category there. You can get more details in the following link:
Add category attributes
At Bol marketplace, each category has a wide range of mandatory and optional attributes, with a combined count exceeding the 6000 attributes. The default product feed may not include all the attributes specific to category, requiring merchants to manually add the mandatory ones based on the categories available.
You can easily use Bol resources to identify the mandatory & optional product attributes requested for the categories offered. To add the values for specific category attributes within Bol or add those attributes in the Product Content feed as Custom attributes, please select different type of items from the articles list, one per category you'd like to offer, click on Bewerk productinformatie & Bewerk.
You will get access to a table with one item per row including all optional & mandatory attributes. You can either fill in the attribute values there or write down all the attribute labels that can be added as Custom attributes in the Product Content feed type in Koongo.
