Once you’ve completed all the steps in the Wizard and finalized the required settings, the feed will be generated automatically. In the final step, you’ll be able to preview the data to be exported and review a Koongo validation report highlighting any missing or invalid entries. When ready, simply tap the Manage Sync button to open the Wizard Control Panel.
Once there, you can decide how the Wizard synchronization should behave, choosing between manual updates, fully automated scheduling, or even pausing submissions when needed. This flexibility allows you to stay in full control of how and when your data is sent to the marketplace. You can adjust the synchronization settings at any time to match your business needs, ensuring that your listings remain accurate, up to date, and aligned with your sales strategy.
When you’re running in Manual Mode, Koongo prepares your data but does not send anything automatically. You’ll need to review and submit changes manually. In Auto-Pilot Mode, Koongo uses its in-built listing manager features to perform automatic submissions whenever your data changes. This includes updating items, deactivating out-of-stock products, and removing items deleted from your store or filtered out. You can also temporarily pause automatic synchronization for 30 minutes with a single click, after that, Auto-Pilot will resume automatically.
Within the Submission Mode block, you’ll also have access to basic global actions to help you get started on the marketplace. These actions apply to all items and include removing items, cleaning and re-syncing them from scratch and even cloning the wizard along with its settings to prepare a new one.
The Control Panel provides key statistics, submission results and a detailed breakdown of your items. It clearly shows which items were successfully listed, are still being processed, were deactivated or encountered errors. By clicking on any total, you can view the corresponding list of items for that specific status.
This makes it easy to identify issues, review affected products, and take the necessary actions to keep your feed accurate and ensure your catalog is fully validated by the marketplace.
When listing items, you’ll see three validations on the right side of your screen. The first validation is Koongo’s one. If an item doesn’t pass this step, it won’t be submitted to the marketplace. To ensure your items are sent and processed, they must show a green status with a checkmark. The second globe shows sync details when you hover over it, including the latest submission time and whether a submission is still pending. The most important validation is the final marketplace check, showing whether items are active, rejected, or partially approved with warnings. Hover over the status to see item details and any errors that may need to be resolved to finally get your products online.
