In addition to the global actions explained in the Wizard Control Panel article, you can use Koongo's advanced filters to find any item managed by the wizard. From the Wizard submission summary, use the Filter by option to search for the items you want to review or take action on.
You have a wide range of filtering options to combine, from Quick Filters that show the last processed items or saved filters, to filters by any Store/Marketplace attribute, and even by Koongo/Marketplace status or sync information.
Feel free to apply together different sets of filters at your convenience and Save the Current Filter to add it to the Quick Filters section for easy access later.
If you want to take action based on your selection, you can select items individually from the submission summary listings or use the selection options based on filters or visibility.
Once the items are selected, you can run a wide range of actions that execute specific commands toward the marketplace, applied only to the selected items.
You can mouse over each command to get a full description of what the command does, when to use it, and some warning instructions to avoid unintentionally modifying your marketplace listings.

Submit Items
What it does: Triggers the submission of item to the eBay.
When to use: Use this when you want to send the item to the marketplace without making any other changes.
**Warning: This operation is performed even if auto sync is deactivated
Lock Items
What it does: Stops all actions on this item.
When to use: If you want to temporarily stop any changes or updates to the item.
Unlock Items
What it does: Resumes all actions and updates on this item.
When to use: If you want to restart changes or updates to the item after it has been locked.
Pause Items
What it does: Pauses the item on eBay and stops syncing.
When to use: If you need to take a break from updating the item on this channel.
Clean & Sync Again
What it does: Clears the item record from this Koongo wizard and restarts the process. The item will try to reconnect, followed by automatic updates.
When to use: If the item isn't syncing correctly and you want to start fresh.
Clean Items
What it does: Clears the item record from this Koongo wizard but keeps it listed on eBay.
When to use: If you want to stop managing the item in Koongo but keep it available on the eBay.
**Warning: If the item is still included in the product filter, it will reappear automatically.
Remove Items
What it does: Deletes the item from the eBay and locks it in this Koongo wizard.
When to use: If you want to permanently remove the item from the eBay.
**Warning: This operation is performed even if auto sync is deactivated.
Allow Updates
What it does: This action changes the product status from 'Already Exists' to 'Active allowing further updates and modifications to the product in the Amazon catalog via the Koongo wizard.
When to use: se this action if you want to enable updates for a product that is already listed in the Amazon catalog and previously marked as 'Already Exists'.
Export Items
Export Filtered Items into CSV File to analyse issues in detail or in another system.
