How it works
Just find the order you want to adjust in Koongo Orders, within your Order List section and tap the Edit Order button, make any necessary changes and save. The updates will sync automatically with your e-commerce platform or marketplace.

For Shopify users only
If an order doesn’t sync due to missing stock, you don’t need to edit it. Just re-insert it manually after updating the stock in Shopify, or force the insertion if you can still fulfill the out-of-stock items.
· Find the order with issues from your Order List
· Tap the button or
· Re-sync the order from the Order Overview top bar.
· Tap the button
If you wish to automatically sync all orders, even those containing out-of-stock items or items not existing in Shopify (unknown), without taking manual action for each order, you can set this up in the Koongo Store Settings under the Order Settings tab.
