For security reasons, Koongo does not show confidential order data. If you require access to customer information or other sensitive data on Koongo, you must first confirm your identity.
Please, try to follow these steps to get full order data access.
Please click on the Orders button within the left menu.
Within the Order List tab, you will see a pop-up message with a clickable link.
Koongo will send a unique verification code to the registered email.
Insert the verification code to Confirm your identity & get access to all order details.
You can select the option to be remembered during the next 30 days.
