With our Update Price & Inventory Wizard, you can quickly sync. prices, stock, or both for your About You listings without resubmitting the full product catalog. This allows faster and more efficient updates for your existing marketplace offers.
1 - Connection
Let’s get started! Connect your Update Price & Inventory wizard to your About You seller account.
2 - Identifiers
This is an important step where you define the main identifiers used by About You.
Please make sure the same identifiers previously used in the Create Products wizard are selected if you want to update existing About You listings correctly.
SKU – A selling partner provided an identifier for an About You listing.
3 - Listings
Select the list actions and price format you'd like to apply on eBay.
Listing Update Options - Choose one of the following update actions
Price & StockStock only: Just update stockPrice only: Justupdate price
4 - Products
Select the products you want to update on About You. Don’t worry, products removed from the export or going out of stock can be automatically deactivated by Koongo. For more information about filtering products in or out, please check the Attribute and Category Filter guide.
5 - Attributes
In this step, you can easily configure which values should be updated on About You by using the + About You Attribute button. Essentially, you can modify the attribute mappings previously defined for the SKU, Listing Options, Price or Quantity attributes.
Any field or attribute not included in the update configuration will remain unchanged on About You.
An additional Orders step may appear if you choose to manage your marketplace orders through Koongo.
6 - Preview
Here, you can review all the products and values that will be exported to About You after applying the settings configured in the previous steps.
Once you're satisfied with the integration settings and listing preview, you can access the Control Panel to either Manually submit the current listings or activate the Auto Pilot mode to let Koongo keep everything running smoothly.
