Unlike open marketplaces, About You works with validated partners. Merchants must first complete the registration and approval process before they can start selling through the platform.

About You currently supports two fulfilment models:
Fulfilment by Seller → the merchant manages warehousing, shipping, and returns
Fulfilment by About You → The marketplace manages the fulfilment operations through its logistics network

To sell on About You, merchants generally need:
An approved seller account
Valid EAN/GTIN codes
High-quality product images
Structured product data and attributes
Compliance with About You marketplace requirements
Please note that Koongo itself does not approve seller accounts or products. All participation decisions are handled directly by About You.
International selling
About You allows approved partners to sell across multiple European countries through a centralized marketplace infrastructure. Availability depends on the countries enabled for your seller account and commercial agreement with About You.
