Miinto connection Wizard

Koongo offers a user-friendly Miinto connection wizard to streamline the integration process. The wizard simplifies connecting online stores to the Miinto marketplace with a clear 7-step integration process.

1 - Connection

Let's get started! Connect your Miinto account to the wizard. Need an account? No worries! Check this out

2 - Identifiers

Use the main product identifiers to define how products and variants are matched and grouped. Make sure these values are consistent across all variants to ensure correct product grouping on the marketplace and proper item pairing during order synchronization.

  • Id - This is your product’s unique identifier. You can use your store’s Product Id, SKU or another unique code. Keep this value the same across all updates — it ensures Miinto correctly matches your stock, price, and product details. Important - returned by Product Map.

  • Group id - Use this field to group product variants — for example, all sizes or colors of the same product. Each variant must still have its own unique ID, but share the same Item Group Id. All variants in a group should be included in the same feed so Miinto recognizes them as one product with multiple options.

  • Style id - Enter the official designer or brand style ID for the product. This value should be unique for each model and color variant. Miinto shows this Style ID in the product description on the product page.

3 - Categories

Match your products to Miinto categories, in this step, please assign your products to the correct Miinto categories using store categories or product attributes. This will ensure that your ads are correctly categorized on Miinto. For more information, please check the Category mapping guide.

4 - Products

Pick your products for Miinto! Please select the products you want to offer on Miinto. Don't worry, the products for out-of-stock items will be disabled automatically. For more information, please check the Attribute and Category Filter guide.

5 - Attributes

In this step, you can add, configure, and optimise all marketplace attributes divided into three dedicated attribute blocks:

  • Common – General attributes, all mandatory ones displayed by default.

  • Price – Retail (Miinto Retail) and sale price (Miinto Discounted Retail) attributes.

  • Variant – attributes used to define product variants such as size, color, or material.

For every attribute, you can:

  1. Link it to your store attribute using Set Attribute

  2. Define a fixed value for all products using Set Value

  3. Apply advanced text, logic, and math operations using unlimited Customize macro rules

The mandatory common attributes in the first block are automatically preconfigured based on the settings selected in the previous steps. However, you can always optimise, overwrite, or add additional marketplace attributes by clicking the + Miinto Attribute button.

The Price and Variant blocks contain marketplace-specific pricing and variant definitions grouped accordingly. You can use the search bar in the top right corner to quickly find any attribute you want to add.

6 - Orders

The Order Synchronization step allows you to configure automatic order imports from your Miinto store into your e-commerce platform by defining how the sync. process should behave. Below is the list of all available settings:

  • Order Sync Level

    • Orders & Stock: Sync orders and update stock.

    • Stock Only: Update stock only, without syncing orders.

  • Use Billing Address For Shipping

    • Use the billing address instead of the shipping address when synchronizing orders from Miinto to Koongo.

  • Use auto shipping

    • Enable if you want to allow shipping by Miinto (Yes/No)

  • Accept Orders Automatically

    • Enable to allow Koongo to auto-accept Miinto orders (Yes/No)

  • Price Attribute Threshold

    • The threshold is applied to the store price attribute before comparing it with the order item's price (the price attribute is multiplied by the threshold). The recommended value is 0.90, which means that an order is accepted if the order item price is equal to or higher than 90% of the product price.

  • Default Shipping Service – Store Shipment

    • Used when your store’s shipping service does not match any Amazon-approved service

  • Product Identification Attribute

    • The attribute used for product identification on Miinto. By default, the item id is used.

  • Order decline reason

    • When an order is rejected, this information is sent to Miinto as the reason for rejection.

7 - Preview

Here, you can review all the products that will be exported to Miinto after the settings defined in the previous steps are applied. Once you're satisfied with the integration settings and listing preview, you can access the Control Panel to either Manually submit the current listings or activate Auto Pilot mode and let Koongo keep everything running smoothly.
