1 - Connection
Let's get started! Just connect your List Offer wizard type to your OnBuy account using the API keys (public & secret) generated within your OnBuy partner porta. Need a OnBuy partner account? No worries! Create one here.
2 - Identifiers
This is an important step where you define the attributes used as the main identifiers for OnBuy. Please double-check the attributes already in use if you want to update existing OnBuy listings.
SKU code -
This is the main item identification parameter onOnBuyand is used to match products withOnBuyoffers.Your internal SKU for the offer.Ean -
This is the secondary identification on the marketplace. Please select the store attribute that contains your EAN codes, as these are required for selling onOnBuy. How to get EANs?Marketplace -
Please select the OnBuy country market the wizard should target.
3 - Features
Set your product features, essentially the handling time and item condition.
Handling Time -
Decide whether to use the same store price or apply a markup.Condition -
Set the item condition from New to Refurbished defining its grade Platinum, Diamond, Gold, Silver or Bronze.
4 - Products
Pick the products to be offered on OnBuy! Choose your entire catalogue or select specific items based on attributes or category filters. Don’t worry—items that are filtered out or become out of stock will be automatically deactivated by Koongo when they were previously managed by the Wizard. 5 - Attributes
Customise your list offer attributes. In this step, you can easily rewrite any attribute defined in previous steps and even add any new one by pressing the + OnBuy Attribute button.
An additional Orders step may appear if you choose to manage your marketplace orders through Koongo
7 - Preview
Here, you can review the products that will be exported to OnBuy based on your previous settings. When you’re ready, use the Sync Manager to submit the listings manually or enable automatic sync and let Koongo handle the rest.
The Auto Sync mode will automatically keep your OnBuy offers up to date — including price and quantity. Learn more about the Wizard Control Panel
