Kaufland Inventory Command feed integration manual

The Kaufland Inventory Command feed is used to add and update listings (price, qty) for the products already defined in the Kaufland database. This feed CREATES or UPDATES offers on Kaufland.

NOTE: Please connect the Inventory Command feed to your Kaufland account as a first one. If a product EAN code is already listed in the Kaufland database, Kaufland activates the product offer. You don't need to use the Kaufland Product feed for such a product.

Create Kaufland Inventory Command feed

Add the Kaufland Inventory Command feed to your profile grid. For more details, please check the manual below:

Attribute Mapping Setup

Check if the Kaufland Inventory Command feed attributes below are mapped correctly to your store attributes.

ean

Product's EAN or ISBN number

condition

The number indicates the product's condition.

100 - new
200 - used - like new
300 - used - very good
400 - used - good
500 - used - acceptable

price

The product's price in euro cent/hellers (e.g. 499 for 4,99€, 499 for 4,99Kč.). The highest price allowed is 1 mio. € or 25 mio. Kč.

currency

The currency in which the price is given. You can only upload offers in the currency associated with the country you want to sell in. [Euro=EUR] or [Czech Korunas =CZK]

handling_time

The offer handling time indicates the time (in business days, Monday to Friday) between receiving the order and handing over the package to the shipping service provider. Together with the transport time, which is specified in the shipping settings in the Seller Portal, this results in the delivery time, which is displayed to the customer on the offer page.


The following should be noted here:
- Please specify only the number of working days (Monday to Friday), e.g. "2" = 2 working days.
- The values must be greater than or equal to 0. (0 means same day handed over to carrier)
- Please check your transport time and cut-off time in the Seller Portal as well as the correct linking of offer and shipping group.

Connect Inventory Command to your Kaufland account

Once your Inventory Command feed is adjusted, you can connect the feed to your Kaufland account via API.

In the Kaufland feed API settings, please fill in the following:

  • Sales channel

  • Client Key

  • Client Secret Key
